A Word a Week: Hats (of O Street)

My friends and I went to a quirky little “museum” in DC recently, The Mansion on O Street is above all else unique. It houses lots of art, artifacts, and treasures whose value truly depends on the beholder.

Everything can be purchased in this tag sale hotel including a room for the night. It boasts of its privacy, exclusivity, and anonymity to would be guests. We were there to look.

The Mansion claims to have over 100 rooms and each suite is decorated with its own unique flavor. Right away we recognized one of its themes however; hats. My one friend and I admired and longed for the days when hats were in vogue and we could adorn our heads with these treasures. Here are but a few we discovered at The Mansion on O Street in Washington DC.
