There are those who might describe it as a guilty conscience. But I see it as reflection.
How do you practice redemption for transgressions committed in your youth; when you didn’t know better? When you were ruled by hormones, ignorance, and the life you were living?
I am trying to make amends by living a more conscientious life.
I am not alone. I see it in the eyes of my peers. We are examining our lives; and cursed by the hurt our actions have wrought.
We can strive to be more loving and giving but the past is always Haunting.
