Best of the Week: Ice on the River

My best photo of the week this week is one I took of the North Fork of The Shenandoah River just a mile from my house. As most people in the US are aware this winter has been especially cold. It’s not unusual to get some ice on the river in the winter. This much, however is very unusual. It’s been a while since the river looked like this, and as far as I am concerned it can be a while longer before it looks like this again!
