Well folks spring is officially here. Even though there is some snow on the ground there are a few brave souls who have planted flowers in their windows. I love it when they do that!

So good to see these signs of spring and rebirth Dawn after such a harsh winter. I’m still catching up with my NZ photos.

Wow, lots of lovely shutters and sashes in this post Dawn! And I do love a colourful window box. My windows are a bit empty this week: http://wp.me/pL5Ms-1g5

Wonderful! Nothing better than windows with flowers. On a similar theme of joyous windows I have birdcages: http://travelwithintent.com/2014/03/27/windows-birdcages-malasana-madrid/

Beautiful, love the shutters and the pretty window boxes. You live in a lovely area Dawn. I’m amazed at all the colour already despite the cold you’ve had over there. We have yet to get our boxes and hanging baskets out with the threat of frost still in the air although it’s been a great spring for daffodils!

I love window boxes, Dawn. Especially like that tiny window with the dark green background, and the contrast with the cool grey. Hooray for Spring! (cold and wet here, but I can dream)
I’ve doubled up this week- another ‘2 for 1’.
