This is known as the Rutz Farmhouse, owned by my family since 1977. I lived here from late 1977 to December 31, 1979. It is now undergoing a slow and painstaking restoration. This home had a presidential guest stay here back in the mid 1930’s. Too nice of a place to allow to fall into ruin. Great photos.
