I relax by spending time with friends or family. I relax by sight seeing or visiting local historical sights, tourist destinations, gardens, or museums.
But that is more recreation than relaxation.
When the stresses of life, work, bills and relationships get to be too much I jump in my car, camera by my side and find a back road.
The second way I achieve true relaxation is at home; times like right now when dinner and dishes are done and I can sip a glass of chardonnay and freestyle.
