Oh sure I want to go to Ireland, Australia; even Paris and Rome but I am a realist. If I can get to New York City to see a Broadway Show or to Philadelphia to lay eyes on the Liberty Bell, well, wouldn’t that be something?
On an even more realistic note my list these days contains Theodore Roosevelt Island in Washington DC and Maymont Mansion in Richmond. 2014 is not looking good for these endeavors but 2015 has 365 days to work with. I feel optimistic!

That’s right. They say it is supposed to be a hard winter. I am prepared but will be better off to travel if it is not TOO hard!
