The wildfire is burning in the Willmore Wilderness Park, which is next to Jasper National Park is said to be creating some hazy skies all the way here in Virginia. I find that amazing.

I’m in Virginia 1000’s of miles away from the wildfires in Alberta. That is what I find so fascinating about the whole thing. That haze has traveled a long way to get here.

A beautiful sunset photo! It always amazes me when our skies get hazy from distant fires. If I’m remembering the map of Canada right, that smoke traveled a really long way to get to you!
