I discovered these murals in an alley in Winchester Virginia one day last year. Patsy Cline was born in Winchester in 1932. Patsy won an Arthur Godfrey Talent program in 1957 with the hit Walkin’ After Midnight and her career took off.
She died tragically at the age of 30 in a plane crash and is buried in the Shenandoah Memorial Park in the town of her birth, Winchester Virginia.
Great find, Dawn!

What a great find! I had no idea she died so young. She’s such a legend that I thought she must have been around a long time.
