This is The Messiah Lutheran Church in Harrisburg, PA. It’s a beautiful old church in the heart of downtown.
Upon closer inspection you can see where some painting is needed but I wonder how often these panes need painting. Surely this must be done with a steady hand so as not to damage the stained glass. Seems expensive to me and maybe that is why it hasn’t been done.
