In regards to puzzle what’s your choice: jigsaw, crossword, word search, mazes, logic or numeric puzzles, something else, or nothing?
My favorite board game is Scrabble and my favorite online game is Words with Friends, so you see my favorite games are letter arrangement games. I used to do cryptograms but just as in crosswords you are better the more often you do them and I haven’t done either in a while. I like games I’m good at.

List at least five favorite treats and it doesn’t necessarily have to be food.
1. A room in a motel with comfy beds and a pool
2. Cherry pie and chocolate ice cream
3. Sitting on the beach in a beach chair, at the water’s edge, reading a book and wearing a big hat, sunglasses, and a sunscreen that smells of coconut.
4. Having a quiet leisurely dinner with one of my closest friends or sisters.
5. Time with the grand-kids

What did you appreciate or what made you smile this past week?
My grandson came to visit me this week. We didn’t do much, mostly hung around the house, watched some movies, painted rocks, took some pictures. This is another grandson who has a photographic eye. I noticed the first time we went out to take pictures when he was about 10. So it was a nice visit coming on the heels of my nephew’s visit last week. It was “Reflections and Shadows” week in our photo group so my grandson and I discussed that. I ended up giving him my glass sphere, my second one, and the second grandson to wind up with one. If they use them and learn anything from them or just have fun, it’s worth it.
