Festival of Leaves 2019 ~ Week #9 The Maples, Fashionably Late

We are a few weeks past peak color in my region as well as in the rest of the country but although most of leaves have changed, the maples are now enjoying their time. It’s as if they don’t mind being late to the party, and like to make an entrance; and what a wonderful display of orange, red, and in this one, yellow, they present.
