You mean from scratch? Well, I never have but I’m sure I could. In this day and age you can do anything you put your mind to. Google or YouTube it and get your step by step!

I suppose. I doubt it was an option.
What’s something your family would be surprised to learn about you?
Honestly not only my family but many of my friends too; although I think my closest friends will recognize this in me right away.
I’m an extroverted introvert.
What brought gratitude, a smile or laughter to your life this week?
I started the week off having lunch with one of my dear friends and then after that went across the street to see the photography show my group had hung over the weekend. I’d had a nightmare about it so I was quite relieved to see the reality. Mid week I met another friend to see the latest art installation at MSV, then off to Blandy for a walk to spot some spring peeping through the ground or to listen for it in the swamp. The friend I was walking with loves spring, like I love autumn. Hearing the peepers brought her so much JoY, I couldn’t help but be affected. I ended my week with a visit to the hair salon to get my first ever professional hair coloring and then on to the Nail Spa for a pedicure. I feel pretty from my head to my toes!

When my youngest was coming up. his father wasn’t around, having moved 1000 miles away when he was 15. So the guy things..he taught himself, from youtube. We BOTH learned to tie a tie like that. lol

Also, cookbooks. They give you line by line information on how to do it and it’s stupidly simple. Instead of prepackaged flour, OMG you have to get it from the canister. You have to add sugar! You have to add some other stuff, too. Eggs. Maybe some cocoa. If you use coffee instead of water, you have made Devil’s food cake. Takes … five minutes? Maybe less? Then just like the prepackaged stuff, you put it in the mixer, then pour it in a pan and bake a CAKE! You can even mess around and try something different.
Cookbooks. Lots of recipes and you don’t get gunk all over your computer.
