Last year my landlady sold all the property next to the house where I live. The guy that bought it, cleared it and sectioned it off into 5 lots. He then sold three of them, keeping the two closest to me. Recently construction has begun on the first house to go up. I guess this is what a modern house looks like, at least in its early stage.
