My son got married last weekend. It was a very small, low key, (mostly) family only wedding. They rented a big beautiful lake house where most of the (bride’s) family stayed. It all worked out perfectly and it was gorgeous (once the first two days of rain were behind us).
* To my Festival Participants:
I have been out of town with limited access. I promise to visit your blogs soon!
I love autumn so I am hosting the 2020 Festival of Leaves Challenge. I will post every Tuesday morning and I invite everyone to join in any time through the week for any or all weeks.
This challenge usually runs about 10-12 weeks, with the last week being a wrap up. You can link up here or on any of the individual weeks. Be sure to tag your post Festival of Leaves so it is easy to find in the reader.

My son got married in the New Forest in October, 8 yrs ago, and the colours were absolutely gorgeous. Plus close to the coast so we booked a week in B&B to enjoy the location.

The newlyweds and her family rented a huge lake house for a week. They come home tomorrow. I couldn’t really do that but I took two of my best friends and rented a condo as near to them as i could. We had a marvelous time.
