The Glessner Covered Bridge is a historic bridge in Stonycreek Township, Somerset County, Pennsylvania. The bridge today was built in 1998 and replaced the original covered bridge built in 1881. It spans The Stonycreek River and despite what is stated on the plaque, it is open to traffic.
My friend and I found this bridge in early autumn of this year when we visited The Flight 93 Memorial.
What a beautiful bridge. Glad you put the sign in too, Thanks Dawn for playing along 😀
