It rained again today AND it’s supposed to get a lot colder. I was so hoping it would warm up. Oh well. It’s definitely “mud season” around here!

We’re having a warming trend to start March off, which is nice, but we’ve had snow the last couple of years in April, so I’m not holding my breath for March being a warm month! All the multiple layers of snow are melting, and our grass is like spongy quicksand! The mud and the rain, and probably more snow, are most likely ahead of us here in the Midwest.
