Do you become discouraged by the annual “Blogging Ennui” phenomenon that comes around every year?
I wasn’t really aware of it, although I know we are all busier in the warmer months, hopefully enjoying our lives more than our devices.
If you were in a room filled with you and your doppelganger (supposedly everyone has at least one out there in the world) and 2 billion dollars, what would you do? What do you think your doppelganger would do?
I don’t know what I would do and presumably I do not know this person so I can’t say what they would do either. If we both recognized ourselves in each other perhaps we would take the time to learn more about our shared qualities and our differences, but 2 billion dollars sounds distracting, so I think we would split the money and go find our dear ones to share the news and plan a trip!
A building is burning. You have time to either save a child trapped inside or a valuable painting which you would then sell, using the money to save 20 children from starvation. What would you do and why?
If I ever would be courageous enough I hope I would save the child. I can not imagine being courageous enough for a painting or having the foresight to know what do with it. Presumably it belongs to someone.
What’s your opinion of yams or sweet potatoes?
I don’t care for the taste of either but their image made a good photo quote for me.
What brought gratitude, a smile or laughter to your life this week?
My friends and even my son were out of town traveling, so no distractions here (well except for this blog). so I got a lot of household chores crossed off my list. There is always something quite satisfying about crossing things off a list, especially for a procrastinator like me.
