Mindful in Shenandoah National Park

I didn’t think I would be able to come up with anything for this challenge from Cee: Connects you to the present moment. But then, in an unrelated thought, I considered going to Skyline Drive tomorrow and it occurred to me that most of the prompts Cee posted:
listening meditation
object meditation
be one with nature
switch up your routine
drive in silence
unplug from technology
create pauses
connect to your senses
can be found in my favorite park.
