Somewhat, I would say I am more of a realist romantic.
Do you send cards on Valentine’s Day?
No. I used to, well I used to get the kids something when they were still at home and I used to get my mother something when she was alive and I used to get my partner something when I had one. So, no.
Would you spend a considerable amount of money on a single red rose for your beloved?
No. See answer to question #1.
What is your idea of a romantic evening?
Dinner at home, too many people out for Valentine’s. Wine, candlelight, our favorite music, perhaps some dancing. Making love, a nap, water and dessert and falling asleep in each other’s arms.
What brought gratitude, a smile or laughter to your life this week?
Another quiet gray week. I talked to co-workers and my sister (that was a good convo); no friends, no kids. However, I am off this weekend and if the weather holds have some plans.
