Well that is certainly more than five! I have always wondered how these bail of hay end up in the field. I have always wanted to view the process but to me (especially as a little kid) these bails just seemed to appear in the fields overnight as if magic bailing fairies came and rolled up the grass overnight.
To me, the funny thing is that it happens so quickly until they are baled and left in the field, then they just seem to sit there forever. It’s much easier to get this shot than that of the process.
That’s what I mean! When I lived in PA I would drive through a field that was uncut and then I’d come back through the next day and this would be the result but I never actually saw anyone baling!
A lovely scene! I have hay bales for this challenge too, only your photo is much, much prettier and my hay bales are wrapped in plastic that makes them look like big marshmallows.

My Friends wee boy saw saw the hay being bailed and wrapped and announced that there were a lot of tractor eggs being laid.

Marvelous thinking for more than 5. I love those hay bales. Don’t they look small in the field, but I know they are actually quite huge. 😀

Yes, you are right, they are quite tall and round.
