If you can get on Skyline Drive in the winter (many parts are closed to the public because of road conditions) you can often find wonderful ice formations at the higher elevations. And just to keep things in perspective higher elevations means 2,500-3,000 feet.
Just a tad bit on the freezing side for me. Great photo though. 😀

A plum pudding is a round pastry pudding filled with currants and steamed, then custard poured all over it. A favourite English recipe, especially in the winter.
