I love the little buds in the spring that become blossoms on the trees, the lush green of the leaves that fill a tree in summer, and most of all, I love the colors in autumn, but there is something mysteriously enchanting, in a Brother’s Grimm, sort of way about bare trees in the winter.
I agree. I love bare trees in winter, too, especially with a little snow on the branches. My Goddaughter calls winter trees “Tree Skeletons”. She’s into skeletons of all things at the moment.

Beautiful images, Dawn. Trees are always so elegant, and even more so without leaves. đŸ™‚

I agree. I’m drawn to leafless trees and their sculptural shapes.
