Trees Without Leaves

I love the little buds in the spring that become blossoms on the trees, the lush green of the leaves that fill a tree in summer, and most of all, I love the colors in autumn, but there is something mysteriously enchanting, in a Brother’s Grimm, sort of way about bare trees in the winter.

  1. I agree. I love bare trees in winter, too, especially with a little snow on the branches. My Goddaughter calls winter trees “Tree Skeletons”. She’s into skeletons of all things at the moment.
