There is no prettier cow than the Jersey Cow. I spotted these on a recent back road home. I couldn’t get a better angle than this of their eyes, but really isn’t that their best feature?
Oh..and the awesome milk they produce.

those eyes are wonderful – and I bet the milk is wonderful (even though I personally do not think adult humans should drink milk – and as much as I love love love cow’s milk – I feel so much better not drinking it anymore – but it was tough to get there)

I don’t care much for milk and rarely drink it but I was curious what these cows were best at and looked it up.
