I love going up on the drive in The Shenandoah National Park, especially during spring or autumn when the scenery changes almost daily. Not only at point A or B but also at each elevation. In the Spring, higher elevations are affected later, so that what I have experienced here in town, in the valley, is not quite there at 2500 feet or above.
Spring Up. Fall down. So, spring travels up the mountain while autumn starts at higher elevations and “falls down”.
Spring is one of my favorite seasons. It is the season that showcases the vibrancy of pinks and purples, and of course, yellows. Click here to see how Spring has sprung in my neighborhood.
Great photo. And I never thought about spring moving up and fall tumbliing down
